I made him this outfit, which I don't really like
But anyways, his name is Viscus {which I accidentally shortened from vicious, but it fits xD).

This guy stands up for equality of all blood castes. However, he is not afraid to be vicious towards those that oppose this ideal and those he deems "villainous." He's a vicious hero. ;O
His lusus is an Angler Fish. He uses the '=' symbol as part of his typing quirk.

THe symbol he has stands for protection. He has it on his necklace, ring, and on the back of his coat. The little dangly things on his horns are like those lantern things on the angler fish xD His will glow when he wants them too o3o
